While our company has grown from a 1-man operation to include in-house project management staff and a crew of expert carpenters, we are still very much a small business and maintain close relationships with our clients. We are based in Cottonwood, CA and serve all of Shasta and Tehama Counties.

Tyler Morgan
President
Tyler was inspired to start M4 Construction after learning all aspects of construction while working under his Grandfather, John Butler, who up until his passing was a long time General Contractor and custom home builder in Red Bluff. He oversees all aspects of the company with the goal of making every customer a raving fan.
Jase Laughlin
VP Finance & Preconstruction
In 2022 Jase left a career as VP Operations at Cornerstone Bank, bringing a dose of professional management to M4 Construction with him. He is responsible for preconstruction services (estimating, permitting, utility coordination, material selections and design coordination) as well as overseeing all financial activities for the company.
Peter Higgins
Project Manager
Originally from Redding, Peter was a General Contractor in Australia for 20 years before moving to Montana during Covid to work as a project manager for a luxury homebuilder in Whitefish. Returning to his hometown in 2024 and bringing his deep background of construction knowledge with him, he quickly became an integral part of project execution at M4 Construction.

As M4 Construction’s first employee, Steve embodies the level of customer service and quality that has got us here. With a superb eye for detail and customer first mentality he always he keeps his projects looking top notch and his homeowners happy.
Jesse Gigliotti
Framing Crew Foreman
Jesse worked in roofing and production framing for 8+ years before joining M4 Construction. Within a year his talents moved him up into the foreman position. Responsible for construction of the shell of the building, he gets our projects of to the right start.
Taylor Duckett
Estimator
With a background in residential construction and project costing, Taylor joined M4 Construction to help homeowners start projects with confidence. Responsible for estimating and budgeting, he works closely with clients and trade partners to develop accurate project costs and ensure every build begins with a clear financial roadmap.
Deacon Kuni
Finish Carpentry Foreman
Working for his family’s residential construction company for years before coming to M4 Construction, Deacon has learned the trades from the ground up. Each day he puts his tape measure and eye to the test making sure our finish work is as tight as possible.
